Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded on this site between Maison Stéphanie de Bruijn (the seller) and any buyer (the customer). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2: Products

The products offered are those shown on the site, subject to available stock. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax, excluding shipping costs which are charged in addition. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is validated.

Article 4: Order

The sale is final after confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card or via PayPal.

Article 6: Delivery

Terms, times and costs are detailed in our Shipping policy.

In the event of loss, theft or breakage occurring during transport, including during a return made by post (Chronopost, Colissimo), the company cannot be held liable. The shipping and return costs of the product(s) remain the customer's responsibility. In the event of breakage during transport, the product is not refunded but re-sent to the customer.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (see Returns and withdrawal and the Withdrawal request page). Unsealed perfumes and bespoke creations are excluded. The cost of returning the product within 14 days is borne by the buyer. The return must be sent by tracked delivery, with a tracking number.

Article 8: Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

Article 9: Liability

The seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product or force majeure.

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction. The customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
