Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Return conditions

Products must be returned new, unopened and in their intact original packaging. For reasons of hygiene and safety, any perfume that has been unsealed or opened cannot be taken back.

Bespoke creations

Bespoke perfumes, personalised according to your requests, are neither taken back nor exchanged, in accordance with the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal applicable to made-to-order goods.

Procedure

To make a return, contact us at info@stephaniedebruijn.com stating your order number. We will let you know how to proceed. Return costs are [to be specified: at your expense / covered by the House].

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 days to the payment method used for the order.
