Shipping policy
Order processing
Each order is prepared with care in our Parisian atelier. A preparation time of up to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) is added to the transit time. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Complimentary shipping
Shipping is complimentary on orders over €150 within mainland France. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your destination and the chosen shipping method. A sample is offered with every order.
Delivery times
The times below run from the moment of dispatch:
- France & Monaco: 2 to 3 working days standard (Colissimo), 1 to 2 working days express (Chronopost).
- European Union & Switzerland: 3 to 5 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days, via express carrier (DHL / FedEx).
These times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow your order's journey to delivery.
Areas served
We ship within France, the European Union, Switzerland and internationally. Certain destinations or formats (samples, discovery sets) may be subject to restrictions relating to local regulations on the transport of liquids. For any special request, please contact us.
Delivery addresses
To ensure the safe receipt of your order, please provide a complete and precise address. Deliveries to a PO box or a temporary address may not be accepted by the carrier.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Full details can be found on our Returns and withdrawal page.
